Janine joined ORS Impact in 2023. She values all things organizational and analytical, as well as carefully considering individual skills and perspectives in order to best communicate and solve problems. Her areas of expertise range from diving into a database to executing a team activity. Janine is passionate about using these skills to support groups and missions that strengthen communities.

Prior to joining the ORS Impact team, she held administrative positions supporting non-profit fundraising and public education. Janine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Gender, Women, and Sexuality Studies from the University of Washington.

Janine has lived in Seattle since 2013, after moving from the San Francisco Bay Area. In her free time, she loves spending time with friends and family, reading, looking for beach glass, getting outside, and watching cooking shows.
