Christelle (Chris) Beauboeuf (pronounced bo-buff) joined ORS in June of 2022, bringing along several years of experience as a project manager, advocate, and policy researcher. She most recently worked at Civitas Public Affairs LLC, where she managed multi-state legislative and judicial campaigns for nonprofit and philanthropic clients to enact progressive change in reproductive rights, mental healthcare, and racial justice. Before that, she coordinated trainings with nonprofits and foundations to equip them to become stronger advocates and learn the IRS rules around advocacy work with Alliance for Justice’s Bolder Advocacy Program. She holds a BA in political science from the University of Michigan where she focused on international human rights and transitional justice.
A Michigan native, Chris now lives in Brooklyn after spending many years in Washington, D.C. In her free time she enjoys practicing yoga, embroidery, and sharing meals with friends.
