Nikki joined ORS Impact in 2019 and enjoys working with partners to foster learning around emergent, exploratory strategies and transformative system change efforts. She is passionate about helping social change actors navigate the complex, dynamic contexts in which their work takes place, from co-developing meaningful outcomes and measures that help illuminate progress towards ambitious, long-term goals, to designing participatory, inclusive learning practices that allow for ongoing adjustment and adaptation. During her time at ORS, she has developed a particular interest in supporting work to shift narratives and narrative power as a means of building a more just and equitable world.  

Nikki holds a PhD in International Development from the University of Oxford, with a focus on the history and politics of South Asia. Prior to joining ORS, she worked for several years in global health research and knowledge translation, developing resources, supporting networks, and building partnerships to strengthen connections between research and knowledge users. Outside of work, Nikki will most likely be found with her dog or a good book (or both).
