Natasha embraces the power of engaged research to shape the social systems and institutional arrangements that condition people's social, economic, and cultural well-being. She focuses on advancing equity and fostering more inclusive societies in which communities can flourish by seeking to understand how people interact with the systems that affect them. Her strengths lie in leveraging a range of qualitative and participatory research methods and systems-level analytical frameworks to help ensure that social change efforts are effective and ultimately center the needs and desires of those communities and individuals who have the most to benefit.

Before joining ORS Impact, Natasha worked in academia and the workforce development non-profit space. She has also served as a co-chair of the Seattle Human Rights Commission. Natasha holds a Ph.D. in Political Science, with an emphasis in Human Rights, from UC Santa Barbara and a B.A. in Political Science and Latin American Studies from Rutgers University.

In her spare time, Natasha enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest's natural beauty, playing bridge, cooking, and finding other ways to spend quality time with her husband and their dog.
