Joel is an experienced mixed-method evaluator with a focus on efforts that strengthen capacity of individuals and organizations to advance racial equity and social justice. Through his work at ORS Impact over the past 10 years, Joel has honed skills in mixed-method, systems-change evaluation. Joel believes quality evaluation is co-created and inclusive of underrepresented voices and ensures that findings are accessible and actionable for intended audiences. Joel brings extensive experience designing and implementing equitable  evaluations that focus on learning. A perfect day would be a blue bird, powder ski day, followed by a dinner date with his wife.
