With a passion for puzzling together what is complicated and messy into equitably collaborative, usable, and impactful insights, Aubrey is excited by the opportunities to elevate people, worldviews, and community experiences in her work with ORS Impact. She brings to her project teams previous teaching and facilitation experience as a Fulbright Austria english teacher and nonprofit development experience in the education sector.

Aubrey holds a bachelors degree in music and business from the University of Puget Sound and a Masters of Science from the Psychological and Behavioural Sciences department at the London School of Economics and Political Science, where she focused on effective behavioral communications interventions in education (STEM), policy, and organizational branding and communications.

In her free time, you can find Aubrey trying out new recipes, swing dancing, and attempting to pet all the dogs and cats in her Seattle neighborhood.
