Senior Consultant

Alice is motivated by the potential of data and evaluation to foster shared learning, lift up different perspectives, and push towards social change. Alice enjoys using mixed and qualitative methods to reach more nuanced findings, using participatory processes to help partners come to shared understanding about the “so what” of data for their day-to-day work and long-term strategy, and centers principles of equitable evaluation in her work.

Alice joined ORS Impact in the summer of 2021, bringing experience in policy research in the field of public education. At her prior work, Alice used mixed research methods to understand education system improvement and innovation efforts and supported formative evaluation on collaborative initiatives. She received her Bachelor's degree in Environmental Analysis at Scripps College, and a Master’s degree in Public Administration at USC. Prior to graduate school, Alice served two years as an AmeriCorps member, coordinating a children's literacy program and providing college access coaching.

Alice lives in Seattle, and can often be found cooking, biking along Lake Washington, and spending time with her friends, family, or cat.
