There was hunger to go beyond counting advocates’ activities—easy to do, but hard to interpret.This guide lays out a framework for naming outcomes associated with advocacy and policy work and provides guidance on how to think about evaluation design. Excerpts from this guide have reached international audiences, including a translation to French and publication in the journal Echos du Cote and a Russian translation.
